Chicken Tikka Masala

Who has not heard of this dish? Again Rani does this in an authentic way. The boneless chicken breast fillets are marinated and baked in a subtle blend of spices, herbs with yoghurt, a ' Tikka sauce ' prepared at our premises and is delicious in its own right. The ' Masala ' is a mild sauce made using fresh cream, natural yoghurt, tomatoes and many exotic spices.
