Pilau Rice

An aromatic dish, although made to accompany the Rani curries, is a tasty "savory " rice that can even be enjoyed on its own. It is sautéed in some whole spices and garam masala which releases a subtle fragrance and aroma in the product whilst being cooked and then again when re-heated.
