We meet the requirements of BRC accreditation at Higher Global Level. All our dishes are individually hand prepared to authentic recipes by skilled staff. Quality checks are made at every stage of production and there is full product traceability, with HACCP in force. Our kitchens are an EC Approved Manufacturing Plant.

Workforce
We have a specialised team of skilled staff who have been trained for our requirements, all who carry at least basic food hygiene certificates as a minimum. They are highly motivated and take personal pride in the quality of Rani products and the success of the company.
Use of Machinery
This is only utilised in the packing process and as aid for the preparation of fresh vegetables and spices. All the cooking is done by traditional methods to maintain the authenticity.
Productions Areas
Our production and storage is divided into various zones for different processes in order to eliminate any risk of cross contamination between raw and cooked products.
